A few things!

Full service offers a fully custom design concept where the clients desires for specific flowers/colours are all considered. Detailed delivery, on-site set up and design, and end of the night tear down as well as in person site visits, vessel rental, mock ups and consultations are all offered with full service contracts. Minimum spend for Full Service Wedding Florals is $5000.

A la Carte includes the beautifully designed florals we're known for, without the added logistical services. A la Carte orders are ordered via our website where you can add the items needed to cart, select pick up or delivery and our team will take care of the rest. We use the best in-season flowers that fit the overall aesthetic and colour palette selected. All vases are included and items are packaged for gentle transport and include clear instructions for care. In order to accommodate A la Carte orders without the higher pricetag of reserving us for your date, we don't offer on-site design or set up and because the vases are included in your purchase, there's no need to arrange for return of anything after the big day!

We definitely want to know what flowers are on your wishlist! While we can't guarantee we'll be able to source specific varieities, getting to know what you like helps us pick flowers that align with the aesthetic you're after.

Our designers are very talented at mixing different varieties of stems to create little works of art that fit with the colour palette, aesthetic and function of each piece we create. When shopping our A la Carte shop online, you'll be prompted to upload photos and leave a note for our team. This is where you can give us a few examples of flowers you like as well as send us some inspo photos we'll reference when making your order.

Because of the nature of our industry (quite literally), we often don't know what flowers we'll have available to us until the week of your event. We see this as a positive as it allows us to be creative and inspired by what is in season and means no two A la Carte orders will ever look the same. We always keep your colour palette and specific requests in mind when choosing but ultimately the final look will be revealed on delivery.

We do not offer mock-ups or samples.

When ordering from our A la Carte menu, you can select your colour palette from our suggested options, or you can upload an image to show us the colours you're after.

We also would love to know what your favourite/not so favourite flowers are as well as a description of the overall aesthetic you're after so we can try to capture the look you'd like to create.

We offer a choice of neutral toned ceramic vessels or clear glass vases with our accent, table and statement arrangements. To keep things simple and ensure we deliver wedding flowers you'll be wowed by, we aren't able to design in your own or third party rented vases.

We recommend placing your order for A la Carte items 3-6 months prior to your event. We require 14 days notice for all A la Carte orders and can accept orders as far out as 12 months.

Due to volume, we do occassionally have to limit orders on high demand dates.

We're happy to offer delivery for A la Carte orders. Delivery rates fluctuate based on the value of your order.

Less than $400 = $50
$400 - $1000 = $100
$1000+ = $250

These rates cover the cost of our teams time and supplies needed to pack your order for delivery as well as driver time spent driving and unloading your order.

During checkout you will be prompted to input a shipping address and a 1 hour delivery time window. We'll be sure to deliver your order within the delivery window to the shipping address provided. Your order will be brought into your venue and left with the contact you've provided. Please note, our delivery crew does not set up your flowers. All arrangements will be left in their packaging, ready for set up.

All orders are available for pick up, in-store, during store hours.
