We deliver throughout Metro Vancouver, 7 days a week. We recommend making sure the recipient is in town before ordering to make sure your order is enjoyed.

Deliveries are done between the hours of 11AM & 7PM and timing depends on traffic and our third party courier partners routing system.

Please note, these rates apply for standard flower delivery. Delivery rates and policies for weddings and events will vary depending on the logistics and size of the event. More information on Event services can be found on our Weddings & Events tab.

Blossom & Vine Floral Co Delivery Policies

  • Pre-Delivery Call: A pre-delivery call will be made to the recipient’s phone number the night before the scheduled delivery date to verify the address and to confirm that someone will be available to receive the flowers. If the recipient is not able to be reached, every effort will be made to deliver their order on the delivery date regardless. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate surprise deliveries.

  • Delivery Windows: We facilitate delivery through a third party courier service. We make every attempt to ensure your order arrives within the recipients chosen delivery window. Due to unforseen circumstances like traffic delays, weather, etc. we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered within that window. If every reasonable attempt is made to fulfill delivery and the recipient is unable to accept a delivery, your order will be available for pick up within 48 hours of the attempted delivery from our store location (156 E 11th Ave, 11AM-6PM, daily). Re-delivery can be arranged for an extra charge. No refunds will be given for orders delivered outside of desired delivery windows.

  • Date Adjustments/Cancellations: If you have placed an order and learn that the recipient is out of town for the delivery date, please reach out 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to move your order to another date. Date adjustments requested within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery may be subject to additional charges. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled deliveries will not be refunded.

  • Failed Delivery/Incorrect Address Information: In the event that the recipient is not home and there is a safe place to leave their arrangement at their home, the delivery driver may do so and will make every attempt to communicate the location of the delivery with the recipient. If we are unable to reach the recipient and unable to deliver your order successfully, we will contact you to discuss next steps. Please note, there may be additional charges for multiple delivery attempts. We are not able to refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to the recipient not being available or incorrect address information. 
  • Anonymous/Refused Deliveries: For safety reasons, we reserve the right to inform the recipient of the identity of the sender if asked. In the event that the recipient refuses a delivery for whatever reason, no refund will be given. In the event that the chosen delivery location does not allow deliveries, (i.e. Hospitals, offices, etc.), we will contact you to get an alternative delivery address.  Additional delivery charges will apply.
  • Privacy: Wevalue your privacy and assure you that contact details are only used for delivery-related communication and are not shared with third parties.
