We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all floral arrangements and products. However, flowers are natural products—variations in color, size, or availability may occur. Substitutions may be made of equal or greater value without prior notice to ensure timely delivery.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept major payment methods as shown on the website.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

  • In the event of pricing or stock errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order.

4. Delivery

  • We offer local and/or nationwide delivery (depending on service coverage).

  • Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to accommodate requests.

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer may result in delays or failed deliveries, for which we are not responsible.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds or replacements are issued only for valid claims (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

  • All refund requests must be submitted via hello@blossomandvinefloralco.com with order details and a photo of the product.

6. Promotions and Offers

Discount codes, sales, and promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any offer at any time.
