Our designers are very talented at mixing different varieties of stems to create little works of art that fit with the colour palette, aesthetic and function of each piece we create.

Please let us know what specific flowers you like or don't like when ordering. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests but cannot guarantee availability of any specific varieties. Blossom & Vine reserves the right to make any substitutions of flowers, foliage and vessels if the need arises. We will make our best effort to communicate any changes ahead of time.

We recommend placing your order for A la Carte items 3-6 months prior to your event. We require 14 days notice for all A la Carte orders.

All A la Carte Event orders are eligable for drop off delivery within a 1 hour time window.

All items will have a label attached with details about care, holding and wearing instructions where applicable.

Orders will be dropped off during the time window requested. Please note, our delivery drivers do not unpack your orders when they arrive.

Arrangements will need to be stored somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sun until they are needed. Arrangements should get a water top-up immediately after delivery due to inevitable spillage during transit.

Orders are available for in-store pick up anytime during staff hours (10AM - 6PM). Pick up outside of shop hours can be arranged but may be subject to an additional fee to cover staff wages and overtime.

All items will have a label attached with details about care, holding and wearing instructions where applicable.

For larger pick up orders, we recommend having an SUV or mid-sized vehicle with a hatch-back and seats that fold flat to ensure enough head room and a flat surface for boxes to be placed.

Orders of bouquets and other personals can be transported in any sized vehicle.

Arrangements will need to be stored somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sun and forced blowing air until they are needed. An air conditioned room, a cool garage or basement is ideal.

Arrangements should get a water top-up immediately after delivery due to inevitable spillage during transit. Boxed corsages, boutonnieres and other wearable pieces should be stored in a refrigerator to ensure freshness.

We recommend picking up A la Carte orders no sooner than 1 day before your event.

A la Carte Wedding orders are non-refundable once purchased. Changes to date, delivery location & timing, and colour preferences or vase selection need to be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to your event. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for cancelled A la Carte orders.
